Legal technology: Opportunities, implementation, strategy
This month sees Ark Group’s first conference dedicated to law-firm portals, an area that is now recognised as being an important component of integrated legal service delivery. There are obvious business benefits to developing a portal, from improving internal communication to offering clients a more extensive and transparent service. The practical implementation, however, can be more problematic with many technical and strategic challenges.
This month’s technology section focuses on some of the experiences that law firms have faced in this area, the strategy behind their portals and the implementation that followed.
