Bird & Bird launches legal glossary
INTERNATIONAL LAW firm Bird & Bird has unveiled a new online glossary to allow its lawyers to share knowledge of the latest legal terminology and trends.
Dubbed ‘Birdpedia’, the interactive and multilingual tool was designed internally, and is incorporated in the firm’s existing know-how system. The firm said the system was created “specifically with the firm’s trainees in mind” to aid more efficient learning.
In January 2008 the Bird & Bird knowledge-management team was named the international information team of the year at the Legal Technology Awards.
