Nurturing knowledge for a golden future: a Knowledge management special
As you will see, we are introducing a slightly new format to the magazine. As ever, the issues will include relevant features and case studies although I will be working to include more interviews, competitions, reviews and general news. I hope that this will improve your reading enjoyment and please do let me know if you have any comments as the magazine progresses over the coming months.
This issue deals with knowledge management, a term rapidly gaining currency among law firms striving to attain competitive advantage. The articles discuss themes such as KM justification, effective KM implementation strategies as well as the cultural issues impacting that all-important return on investment.
I would also like to remind you about the KM survey that was published in the last issue. You can still fill in your answers either on the form printed in that issue or online at www.mpmagazine.com. The results will be published in the May issue of the magazine where I hope we can include your contribution.
