Description In the booming energy and resources sectors it is now more important than ever to enhance productivity and streamline processes so as to consistently deliver to consumers and meet operational targets. In the current climate which is seeing the exodus of older workers taking an unprecedented level of knowledge and experience with them, as well as pressure to deliver on market expectations for renewable energy resources, these sectors must focus on developing effective knowledge sharing and retention strategies, and innovating for future success.
